Location: the hotel was close enough to Parque Pino where there was a lot of night time activity including Halloween which was fascinating, and the restaurants. We got a room with a bath...

Great location within walking distance to the main square and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfy beds and cozy feather duvets. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though their English was limited. They were able to book tours to Lake Titicaca for us, making it convenient for exploring the area.
The rooms were extremely cold, with no heating and thin windows that didn't close properly. The shower had a tendency to leak water all over the floor, which was quite inconvenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Hotel Margarita. The location was excellent, with the square, restaurants, banks, and shops just a block away. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. One morning, I had to catch an early morning bus at 5.30am, and they made sure I had breakfast before I left. The room itself was spacious and had really comfortable beds. The shower was fantastic, with good pressure, and the central location made it easy to explore the area.
